ORDERING PROCESS

How do I pay?

When you place your order, you are given the option to pay via debit or credit card. There is also a “pay offline” option you can select if you wish to pay using cash, check, PayPal or Venmo. We do not take cards on-site at pickup.

What are your prices?

Our prices for meals range from $6-$12. We have sides and bulk food items available from $3-$28. All snacks are $2.

How do I order?

Orders can be placed at www.sendbottles.com/smashmeals. New menu items are available every Monday and orders are open through Thursday at midnight each week.

Is there nutritional information on all SmAsh Meals?

We do our best to provide nutritional information for all meals and snacks. If you are ever curious about a specific item we are happy to send information if it isn’t listed.

Are SmAsh Meals Healthy?

Our goal is to make healthy food convenient. We weigh and measure all of our meals and strive to have balanced macronutrients in our meals. We offer a variety of options to fit many different diet options.

Does SmAsh Meals offer bulk options?

We do have a bulk food option on our menu each week. This includes various protein, carbohydrate, and veggie options. We also have gluten-free mac and cheese and buffalo chicken salad in bulk each week!

What should I expect at pickup?

Doing anything different can always be a little nerve-racking, so we try to make the pickup process as easy as possible. When you arrive for your pickup at any of our locations (other than Thunder Valley Fitness), one of our employees will have your order packed in an insulated bag for you to take home. At your next pickup, you will bring the bag back for us to swap out. It’s that easy! For Thunder Valley Fitness pickup, you will go inside the gym and find the fridge immediately to the left of the front door entrance. Your order will be in an insulated bag inside the refrigerator. If you brought a bag from a previous order, you can leave it next to the fridge for our staff to pick up.

Why should I choose SmAsh Meals over other meal prep services?

At SmAsh Meals, we take pride in the quality of meals and food items we produce. We strive to make healthy food that tastes great. We weigh and measure every item that is served because we know the importance of what we actually put into our bodies. All things food related are extremely important to us. On top of our great food service, we excel in customer service. The number one compliment we have been given is how great the customer experience is with SmAsh Meals. Owner Ashlee Kizer is always willing to go the extra mile to make our customers feel appreciated.

What is the shelf life of SmAsh Meals?

Each meal is labeled with a “freeze by” date. This is the date by which the meal will need to either be eaten or frozen. The meals can be frozen in the containers they are packaged in. Snacks have a much longer shelf life and can be kept in the refrigerator or freezer.

What about late pickups?

Inevitably there will be a time when you forget to pick up your meals or you can’t make it to the scheduled pickup. We have a great staff who will do everything possible to make arrangements for you to get your meals. Anytime you need to schedule a late pickup, you can contact Ashlee (423-716-1784) to make special arrangements. There is also a “special arrangement pickup” option for a minimal fee, or you can pick up your order from the SmAsh Meals fridge at Thunder Valley Fitness during normal gym hours.
