Pulled Pork Quesadilla Casserole:
**SmAsh Meals pulled pork** baked in corn tortillas, homemade bbq sauce, sharp white cheddar. Served with steamed green beans.

Low Carb BBQ Pork bowl:
Pulled Pork topped with sharp cheddar, bbq drizzle and side of steamed green beans

Butter Spiced Chicken: served with jasmine or cauliflower rice
Chicken breast slow cooked in butter, almond butter, cumin, turmeric and curry
