Each Monday our website will be updated with new menu items and link to order. Breakfasts, Entrees and Snack options change weekly. Additionally, we always have our sides and bulk foods items available on our order site.
Step Two: Order Your Delicious Meal
Orders are taken through order.smashmeals.com You may choose to pay for your order via card or an offline option. If wanting to use cash, check, PayPal or Venmo, then the offline option is for you.
Step Three: Pick Up Your Meals
We offer a variety of pickup locations for your convenience throughout Kingsport, Greeneville and Johnson City, TN. We also offer home delivery in the area and shipping with Fed Ex.

- Trv Fit Drop off Fridge: Available for pickup after 4:30

- Lifestyle Parking Lot, under the ECU sign, Johnson City: 5:00 – 5:30 PM
- Foundation Fitness: 6:00 PM
