SmashMeals was co-founded in 2017 in Kingsport, Tennessee. Lew Kizer, a United Methodist pastor and long-time co-founder, became sole owner in 2024 and continues to run the kitchen alongside his family. Every meal is prepared in a dedicated 100% gluten-free facility — no shared equipment, no gluten-containing production, made for celiac diets.
Real food, honestly labeled, prepared safely for people who can't eat gluten and for anyone who wants to eat well without cooking. Every meal ships with a full nutrition label showing exact calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber. Subscriptions are optional — order week to week with no minimums and no commitments.
