SmAsh Meals is a locally owned and operated meal prep service in the Tri-Cities area. We cook, package, and deliver portion-controlled, gluten-free, minimally processed meals each week to over 100 customers. Our goal is to help people in our area gain access to healthy meal options on the go.
Owner Ashlee Kizer started SmAsh Meals in 2017 as a way to provide for friends she worked with, and stock their refrigerators with cooked, ready-to-eat meals. The idea came with Ashlee seeing a need for individuals who wanted to have quick and healthy meals throughout the day, but had trouble finding these options in the Tri-Cities area. She quickly realized her meal service was turning into a business and has been working on it full-time ever since.
SmAsh Meals offers an easy solution to healthy eating by eliminating the cooking, measuring, and packaging of meals. Our customers — who range from college students to elderly people — are all looking for more of a fixed commodity: time. We constantly hear about all the time and money they have saved by having someone do the prep work for them. We are proud to play a role in making our customers’ lives easier, healthier, and happier.

NEW WEEK, NEW MENU
Each Monday our website will be updated with new menu items and link to order. Breakfasts, Entrees, Snacks and Performance Meal options change weekly. Additionally, we always have our sides and bulk foods items available on our order site.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Orders are taken through www.sendbottles.com/smashmeals. You may choose to pay for your order via card or an offline option. If wanting to use cash, check, PayPal or Venmo, then the offline option is for you.
ORDER PICKUP OPTIONS
Johnson City — 4:00 – 4:30 p.m. at Collart Chiropractic
Kingsport — 3:00 – 3:15 p.m. at SmAsh Meals Kitchen
Bristol — 4:00 p.m. at Chick-Fil-A at the Pinnacle
Greeneville — 4:30 p.m. at CrossFit Arcane
Home delivery is an additional $10 in the Tri-Cities. Shipping is an additional $20.
