- Is the kitchen certified gluten-free or self-managed?
- SmashMeals operates a self-managed, dedicated 100% gluten-free facility. No wheat, barley, or rye ingredients enter the building, so there is no gluten-containing production from shared equipment or shared prep space.
- Can patients order one week at a time?
- Yes. There is no subscription requirement. Patients order the weeks they want, by the Thursday 11:59 PM cutoff.
- Do you ship to patients outside the Tri-Cities?
- Yes — flat $30 30-state FedEx Ground shipping, anywhere FedEx Ground reaches within two days of our kitchen.
- Can our office get samples?
- Yes. Request a sample drop with the form on this page and we'll coordinate a day that works for your staff.
- Is there a discount for referred patients?
