Dedicated 100% Gluten-Free Kitchen in Kingsport Since 2017 · Macro-Labeled Meals for Active Households · $30 Flat-Rate FedEx Ground Shipping
The Bass Pro Shops Night Race is a three-day takeover — Trucks on Thursday, the Food City 300 on Friday, and 500 laps under the lights on Saturday night as the Round of 16 elimination race. If you're camping at the track or hosting a crew, that's nine meals to figure out between green flags. We'd like to take all nine off your plate.
Every SmashMeal comes from our dedicated gluten-free kitchen in Kingsport — fifteen minutes from the Speedway — chef-prepared, macro-counted, and ready to eat in under three minutes. No camp stove. No cooler full of gas-station sandwiches. No wondering whether anything at the concession stand is safe for the celiac in your crew.
Campground & RV Meal Drops. Order a week of individual meals for everyone in your rig — breakfast-friendly high-protein options, brisket and smashwing entrées, and sides. Pick up Sunday or Monday before race week and your fridge is stocked through the checkered flag.
Tailgate & Campsite Trays. Feeding a crowd between sessions? Our smoked rib and brisket trays feed 10, 20, or 40. Most meal preps take fifteen minutes. Ours takes eighteen hours — and your campsite will smell like it.
Suite & Hospitality Catering. Hosting clients or family in a suite? We deliver white-glove gluten-free spreads that nobody will clock as "special diet" food. They'll just ask who catered. Call 423-525-2489 to build a custom suite menu.
One in every hundred Americans has celiac disease, according to the Celiac Disease Foundation — and at a race weekend drawing fans from every state, that's thousands of people at the track who can't risk the concession line. Our kitchen has zero shared equipment and zero gluten on premises. Since 2017. That's not a menu filter; it's the whole building.
“Race week is the Tri-Cities at full volume, and I love every second of it. We built this for the families in the campgrounds — so the cook in your crew gets to actually watch the race this year.”
