The Part of the GLP-1 Story Nobody Planned For
GLP-1 expansion was named the #1 health trend of 2026 by U.S. News & World Report's expert panel — and as adoption has grown, so has the population facing the next chapter: maintenance, tapering, or coming off entirely. When the medication's appetite effect fades, the portions it enforced don't enforce themselves anymore. What decides the next year isn't willpower. It's structure.
The Medication Built Guardrails. Meals Can Keep Them.
For months, the shot did three jobs: smaller portions, less food noise, fewer decisions. A structured meal system does the same three jobs by different means:
Portions stay true. Every meal is weighed and portioned in our kitchen — the plate doesn't drift back upward, because the plate is decided before hunger votes.
Protein guards the muscle. The standard clinical advice during GLP-1 weight loss is to prioritize protein so the loss comes from fat, not muscle — and that advice matters just as much on the way off. Our entrées run 35–45g each.
Fiber does the quiet work. Fiber-forward meals extend fullness when the medication no longer does — see high-fiber meal delivery for how we build it in.
No Subscription, By Design
Maintenance isn't linear, so we never built a subscription to trap you in one. Order full weeks during a taper, partial weeks when you've found your footing, and nothing when you don't need us — the whole model is at GLP-1 meal delivery, no commitment.
“Anybody can start something — I tell my congregations this all the time. The testimony is in the keeping. If the medication was your beginning, let's make sure the habits are your keeping.”

How ordering works
- 1. Pick your meals Browse the menu that's live this week and choose what you want. Subscriptions are optional — order one week, every week, or whenever you need it.
- 2. Choose how you get them Free pickup at our Kingsport kitchen and Grab & Go partners, $15 home delivery in the Tri-Cities, or $30 flat-rate FedEx Ground for eligible addresses. Orders close Thursday 11:59 PM Eastern.
- 3. Heat and eat Meals are fully cooked and ready to heat. Local Tuesday delivery and shipped orders arrive with full macro labels on every meal.
- Dedicated gluten-free kitchen — We do not bring wheat, barley, or rye into the building and we do not share equipment with gluten-containing production. A dedicated gluten-free facility is not an allergen-free facility — check each label for other allergens.
- Transparent nutrition — Calories and macros are published for every meal, so you can match meals to what you're actually trying to do.
- Cooked in Kingsport since 2017 — Founder-run production kitchen at 1917 Meadowview Parkway, Kingsport, TN — the same kitchen for local pickup, local delivery, and shipped orders.
GLP-1 Maintenance FAQ
- What should I eat after stopping a GLP-1 medication?
- The consistent guidance is to keep the structure the medication created: controlled portions, high protein, high fiber, minimal ultra-processed food. Decisions about stopping or tapering the medication itself belong with your prescriber.
- How do these meals help with maintenance?
- They keep portions fixed, protein high, and decisions few — the three jobs the medication was quietly doing. Structure replaces the appetite effect.
- Are the portions smaller?
- Portions are controlled and macro-counted rather than uniformly small — protein stays high while total calories stay deliberate. Every label shows exactly what's inside.
- Do I need a subscription?
- No. Order any week, skip any week. There is nothing to cancel — which matters when your needs change month to month.
- Are the meals gluten-free?
- Yes, every one — from the Tri-Cities' only 100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen. If you're also wondering about the medications themselves, see our guide to whether GLP-1 medications are gluten-free.
