What We Use in Our Kitchen

You should not have to guess which oil is in a meal. Here are the cooking practices confirmed by owner Lew Kizer on September 28, 2026.

Looking for Meals Without a Particular Oil?

SmashMeals is not a completely seed-oil-free menu. Check the ingredients for your selected meal, sauces and sides, or contact us before ordering if you avoid a particular oil.

Our primary cooking oil does not establish the ingredients of every sauce, dressing, seasoning or supplied ingredient. A gluten-free label also does not answer whether an item contains a particular oil or another allergen.

Check the Dish Before You Order

  1. Open the current ordering menu and choose the exact meal, portion and options you are considering.
  2. Review the available ingredients for the meal and any included sauce, dressing or side. Popcorn and Korean Beef are the cooking-oil exceptions listed above.
  3. If an ingredient or oil detail is missing, call 423-525-2489 before ordering. Missing information is not confirmation that an ingredient is absent.

For questions about a dish or possible catering substitutions, call 423-525-2489. Availability and recipe changes need confirmation from our team; this page does not promise a substitution.
