Ready-to-heat meals cooked in a dedicated gluten-free facility — we do not bring wheat, barley, or rye into the building. Free pickup, $15 local Tri-Cities home delivery, and a $30 flat-rate FedEx Ground shipping option covering our 30-state area, including statewide Tennessee. A dedicated gluten-free facility is not an allergen-free facility, so check each meal's label for other allergens.
Meals are portioned with published nutrition information so care teams can match them to a plan of care — including post-discharge recovery, senior support, and strict gluten-free needs. We do not provide medical nutrition therapy or clinical oversight, and we do not claim measured clinical outcomes.
We are interested in contracting conversations with Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid MCOs, and LTSS programs, and we will say plainly where we are exploring versus where something exists. We are not currently in-network with any payer.
