KINGSPORT, Tenn. — SmashMeals has partnered with Build Power Grind at 5644 Fort Henry Drive, adding the gym as a Monday evening pickup spot for Kingsport meal prep customers.
Pickup will be available every Monday at 6:00 PM.
"Build Power Grind is exactly what it sounds like — real work," said Lew Kizer, owner of SmashMeals. "We want the food side to match. People who train hard need food that is ready when they are."
The location is convenient for customers in Colonial Heights, Sullivan Gardens, Bloomingdale, and across Kingsport.
Customers can order online and select Build Power Grind as their pickup spot. Weekly ordering closes Thursday night at midnight.
