ELIZABETHTON, Tenn. — SmashMeals has partnered with CrossFit Ridge Runner at 1742 West Elk Avenue, adding the box as a new Sunday pickup location for Elizabethton meal prep customers.
Pickup will be available every Sunday at 3:00 PM, giving members and neighbors a clean handoff before the work week begins.
"CrossFit athletes already understand the protein and recovery side of training," said Lew Kizer, owner of SmashMeals. "This just makes hitting those goals a lot easier during the week."
The location is convenient for customers across Elizabethton, Hampton, Hunter, Roan Mountain, and is a quick drive from Johnson City and Watauga Lake.
Customers can order online and select CrossFit Ridge Runner as their pickup spot. Weekly ordering closes Thursday night at midnight.
