This is the SmashMeals Taste of Kingsport event video. It is not a live menu, a promise of future event attendance or a complete description of any meal's ingredients, portions, prices or availability.
Gluten-free does not mean allergen-free. FDA guidance describes gluten-free labeling separately from food-allergen labeling and advises people with food allergies to read food labels. Do not use this video or the kitchen's gluten-free positioning as a substitute for checking the exact item.
Before ordering, open the current SmashMeals menu and review the selected meal and portion. Check the available ingredient and allergen information, including sauces, dressings and toppings. If a required detail is missing, treat it as unknown and ask SmashMeals before paying.
For food served at an event, ask about the exact dish and how it is served. This video does not verify another vendor's food, shared utensils, serving arrangements or suitability for your individual needs. Read the kitchen standards and discuss your restrictions with SmashMeals rather than assuming every event item is appropriate.
