Who this is designed for

This is not the right service if

What you get in the box

Protein-forward entrées in single-serve containers, with calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat printed on every label. The menu rotates weekly and protein content varies by dish, which is why the number is printed on the container rather than promised on this page. Meals reheat in about two minutes in the microwave or a few minutes in an air fryer. SmashMeals cooks in a dedicated gluten-free facility: we do not bring wheat, barley, or rye into the building and we do not share equipment with gluten-containing production.

How ordering works

  1. Open this week's menu and pick by the printed macros.
  2. Order as many or as few meals as you want — there is no minimum and no maximum order, and subscriptions are an optional convenience rather than a requirement.
  3. Choose free pickup in Kingsport, $15 Tri-Cities home delivery, or $30 flat-rate FedEx Ground to eligible addresses.
  4. Order before Thursday 11:59 PM Eastern. Orders placed after the cutoff roll into the next production week rather than the one about to be cooked; local orders are delivered on a schedule that varies by destination and carrier conditions.

Current menu pricing varies by meal and changes with the weekly menu — see the live menu for this week's prices. Local Tri-Cities pickup and delivery orders arrive fresh, never frozen. across our eligible-address shipping area orders are frozen before they ship so they stay food-safe in the box.

What this service does not do

We do not prescribe, dose, adjust, or monitor GLP-1 medication, and we do not provide medical nutrition therapy. Nothing here is individualized advice. Your prescriber or registered dietitian sets your targets. A dedicated gluten-free facility reduces cross-contact risk compared with a shared kitchen; it is not third-party certification, we do not lot-test finished meals, and it is not an allergen-free facility.
