Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?

Contact SmashMeals as soon as you need a change, preferably before the Thursday 11:59 PM Eastern cutoff. A request is complete only when our team confirms it. After the cutoff, the order may already be in production, so a change or cancellation cannot be promised.

• Have the name on the order, order number, and exact change ready so the team can review the correct order.
• Use the contact page, call 423-525-2489, or email lew@smashmeals.com. Sending a request does not by itself change the order.
• Requests made before Thursday 11:59 PM Eastern have the best chance of being reviewed before production. Availability still depends on the order's status.
• If the cutoff has passed, contact the team promptly. We will confirm what, if anything, can still be changed.
