Customers across Kingsport, Johnson City, Bristol, and the wider Tri Cities can pick up at one of the Grab & Go locations, schedule local home delivery, or order $30 flat FedEx Ground to eligible addresses.
"We try to build the menu so that no matter how you're eating this week — high protein, low carb, GLP-1, or just busy — there's something already prepped for you," said Lew Kizer, owner of SmashMeals.
