This clip was filmed on a normal production morning inside the SmashMeals kitchen in Kingsport, Tennessee. There is no wheat, barley, or rye anywhere in the building, so we do not bring wheat, barley, or rye into the building.
You can see proteins being trimmed and portioned by hand, sauces built from scratch instead of poured from a jar, and vegetables prepped the same day the meals are packed. That is the whole reason meals arrive tasting like food and not like a reheated tray.
