For new parents in a St. Petersburg apartment or condominium, a food gift needs a receiving plan as well as a menu. Ask the household how perishable deliveries are handled and who can bring the box into suitable storage. A gift should reduce the recipient’s work rather than create an unexpected collection problem.
Share the agreed order and receiving plan, confirm required unit details and identify who will collect and store the box. Use checkout and tracking information for timing. Keep the meal labels and directions available to anyone helping the household.
Meals are prepared in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Review the exact item and selected options for ingredients and other allergens. Contact SmashMeals before ordering if a detail you need is missing; gluten-free does not mean free of every allergen.

Do not assume a lobby or reception desk provides the storage conditions stated on the package.
