Yes. SmashMeals accepts catering inquiries for workplace meals, weddings, parties, church gatherings, team meals, and other events. Availability, menu, price, delivery, setup, supplies, and staffing depend on the event and are confirmed only in a written quote.

- Start with the essentials: Share the event date, serving time, venue or delivery address, estimated guest count, event type, and a contact name and phone number.
- Describe the service you need: Tell us whether you want individual meals, drop-off trays, a buffet or bar, and whether you are asking about delivery, setup, serving supplies, staffing, or cleanup.
- Share food requirements early: Catering food is prepared in SmashMeals' dedicated gluten-free kitchen, but that does not make every proposed menu suitable for every allergy or medical diet. List ingredient, allergen, and dietary needs before a menu is approved.
- Treat the inquiry as a request, not a reservation: A submitted form does not hold a date. Availability is confirmed only when SmashMeals replies and the event details are accepted.
- Review the written quote: Confirm the menu, portions, price, fees, service scope, delivery or pickup plan, payment terms, and change or cancellation terms before approving the event.
