Request a Catering Quote

Share your event details to ask about a proposed menu and quote. This form prepares an email draft; review it and send it from your email app. It does not submit a request or reserve your date.

How the Quote Request Works

  1. Enter the event details you know. Name, email and event type are required on the interactive form.
  2. Prepare and review the email draft. The website does not send the request for you.
  3. Open the draft in your email app, press Send there, and wait for SmashMeals to confirm availability and next steps in writing.

An inquiry does not reserve a date, confirm a menu or establish a price.

Details That Help the Quote

Do not include payment-card numbers or private medical records. Share only the ingredient, allergen or dietary questions needed to evaluate the proposed menu.

Confirm the Menu and Service Scope

SmashMeals cooks in a dedicated gluten-free facility. We do not bring wheat, barley, or rye into the building and we do not share equipment with gluten-containing production.

A dedicated gluten-free facility is not an allergen-free facility. Check each meal's label for dairy, soy, egg, nuts, and other allergens.

Ask the written quote to identify the proposed menu, quantities, portions, substitutions, event total, fees, payment terms, delivery or pickup, setup, supplies, staffing, cleanup, change deadline and cancellation terms that apply to your event.

Before You Send Your Inquiry

Does preparing the draft send my request?

No. Prepare the draft, open it in your email app, review the details and press Send there. This website cannot confirm that your email was sent or received. If no email app opens, copy the draft into your preferred email service or call SmashMeals.

Is my event date reserved?

An inquiry does not reserve a date or confirm availability. Ask SmashMeals to confirm availability, the proposed menu, payment terms and the steps needed to confirm your event in writing.

Are delivery, setup and cleanup included?

Confirm each service and its cost in the written quote. Do not assume delivery, setup, supplies, staffing or cleanup are included. Review the event total and venue arrangements before accepting.

Can every guest eat the proposed menu?

SmashMeals uses a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, but the facility is not allergen-free. Share specific ingredient, allergen and dietary needs, and request details for the proposed menu before approving it. Missing nutrition or allergen information does not establish suitability.
