Do You Serve Athletes and Fitness Centers?
Yes. Individual athletes can order from the rotating SmashMeals menu, and teams or fitness centers can ask about group meals or catering. SmashMeals is not an individualized sports-nutrition program: use only the nutrition fields posted for the specific current item and compare them with a plan built for the athlete.

- For individual orders: Start with the current ordering menu because recipes, availability, prices, portions, and fulfillment options can change. A page describing a category does not prove that a specific meal is available this week.
- Read the item, not the category: Compare only the calories, protein, carbohydrate, and fat values actually posted for the specific meal you are considering. Do not transfer numbers from a different recipe or an older menu.
- Know what the posted macros do not establish: They do not by themselves provide sodium, saturated fat, fiber, serving weight, ingredients, allergen suitability, or proof that the meal meets an athlete's full-day needs.
- Keep prepared meals in their proper role: A ready-to-reheat breakfast, lunch, or dinner is not automatically a race-day fuel, hydration plan, recovery prescription, weight-cut plan, or complete sports diet. Needs vary with the athlete, sport, training load, schedule, goals, and health history.
- For teams and fitness centers: Send the date, location, headcount, serving time, service style, and food requirements through the catering inquiry route. Availability, menu, price, delivery, setup, supplies, and staffing are confirmed only in a written quote.
