How Do I Heat the Meals?
Read the directions on your specific meal label first. Reheating time varies by the meal, portion, starting temperature, and appliance. Use an appropriate covered dish, heat evenly, allow microwave standing time, and use a clean food thermometer in more than one spot; reheated food should reach 165°F.

- Container check: Use only packaging marked safe for your heating method; otherwise transfer the food to an appropriate dish. Never heat a sealed container.
- Microwave: Cover with a microwave-safe cover or vented lid, heat in short increments, and stir or rotate when practical. Allow standing time, then check multiple spots with a clean food thermometer.
- Oven: Transfer to an oven-safe dish unless the package is clearly marked oven-safe. Time and temperature are meal-specific, so follow the label and verify 165°F.
- Air fryer: Do not rely on one fixed schedule. Use it only after confirming package or dish compatibility, follow the meal label, and verify 165°F.
- Frozen meals: Follow the label. Thaw in the refrigerator when directed; never thaw a meal on the counter. If the label instructs reheating from frozen, use that meal-specific method.
- Fully cooked does not mean every meal reheats on the same clock. Meal size, starting temperature, and appliance power change the time required.
