Dedicated 100% Gluten-Free Kitchen in Kingsport Since 2017 · Macro-Labeled Meals for Active Households · $30 Flat-Rate FedEx Ground Shipping
A reliable lunch plan starts with your workplace. Can you refrigerate food when you arrive? Is a microwave available when your break happens? Will you be at a desk, driving between appointments, or working at a changing jobsite? Pick the routine first, then the meals. A prepared lunch is useful only if you can store and reheat it as instructed.
For five workdays, count the lunches already covered by meetings, time off or meals you enjoy making. If two are covered, start with three prepared lunches. Add dinners for your busiest evenings rather than filling the cart as though every day were identical.
If training is part of your week, review the whole meal: portion size, calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat and ingredients. The menu provides the comparison point. One high-protein meal does not establish a complete daily eating plan, and larger portions are not automatically the right choice for every man. Use any targets your qualified nutrition professional has set for you.
| Your routine | Planning decision | Avoid this mismatch |
|---|---|---|
| Office or shift lunch | Choose the days and reheating setup | Buying a meal you cannot store properly |
| Evening training | Have dinner chosen before leaving home | Assuming protein alone makes a complete plan |
| Travel or changing jobsites | Check destination and cold storage | Treating shipped meals as shelf-stable |
| Shared household | Count your portions separately | Doubling every item without checking preferences |
Use the amount you actually spend, including delivery charges and extras, when comparing options. SmashMeals shipping is $30 per eligible shipped order. Spread that over the meals you expect to eat and add current item prices and tax. A home-cooked meal may cost less; the tradeoff you are considering is preparation time, choice and convenience. We do not promise automatic savings.
Choose different dishes from the active weekly menu if repeating one lunch makes the plan hard to follow. Check ingredients and nutrition for each selection instead of treating every recipe as interchangeable. Start with a manageable order, note which meals you enjoyed, and use that information next week.
$30 flat-rate FedEx Ground is available to eligible addresses. Check your destination at checkout; arrival timing varies. Weekly orders close Thursday 11:59 PM Eastern. Local pickup and delivery meals are fresh, never frozen; shipped meals are flash-frozen for transit. Follow each item's storage and reheating label.
