No worries! You can still order from our full weekly menu at smashmeals.bottle.com by Thursday at 11:59 PM for Sunday pickup or home delivery. We deliver to Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Elizabethton, Jonesborough, and Greeneville.

No! Grab & Go meals are first-come, first-served. Just walk in and pick up what looks good.

Keep them refrigerated and consume within 5 days of pickup. All meals can be reheated in the microwave in 2–3 minutes.

What if my favorite meal is sold out?

Grab & Go selection is limited and rotates weekly. For guaranteed availability, order through our website by Thursday at midnight for Sunday pickup.

Is Natural Foods Market the same as a regular pickup location?

Natural Foods Market is both a Sunday pickup location (available Monday 9 AM–8 PM after Sunday prep) and a Grab & Go location with meals stocked throughout the week.
