What Makes SmashMeals Different

As owner Lewis Kizer shared with reporter Kristen Quon, every meal we prepare is:

  • 100% Gluten-Free — prepared in our dedicated gluten-free facility with zero cross-contamination risk
  • Macro-Counted — every meal comes with full nutritional information so you can stay on track with your fitness and health goals
  • Chef-Made & Fresh — never frozen, always prepared fresh each week
  • High-Protein — designed to fuel busy lifestyles, athletes, and anyone focused on clean eating

Convenient Pickup & Delivery

Customers can pick up meals on Sundays and Mondays at multiple locations across the region:

  • Kingsport
  • Bristol
  • Johnson City
  • Greeneville

We also ship meals nationwide for customers outside the Tri-Cities area.

Giving Back to the Community

One thing we're especially proud of is our commitment to the local community. As Lewis explained in the interview:

"We provide income, and we provide job training for a lot of teenagers because we're not a full-time business. We only hire people 1 or 2 times a week...but because of that we can hire a lot of homeschool kids. We have the ability to do that....and you're supporting someone right here in the area."

SmashMeals isn't just about healthy food — it's about building up the next generation and keeping things local.
