Across DEKA's published formats — STRONG (10 zones, no running), MILE (10 zones + 1 mile), FIT (10 zones + 5K), ATLAS (10 heavy zones, 30-minute cap) and Ultra (50 zones + 25K) — the Ultra is an outlier by a wide margin. Five times the zone volume of FIT and five times the running distance is a different event, not a harder version of the same one.
