Does SmashMeals Deliver?
Yes. SmashMeals offers Sunday home delivery to eligible Tri-Cities addresses, free pickup at preorder locations offered during checkout, and $30 flat-rate FedEx Ground shipping to eligible addresses. Checkout confirms the address, available fulfillment date, and final fee for the current order; a Grab & Go retailer is not automatically a preorder pickup point.

- Start with the live menu: Choose the current meals you want, then review the fulfillment choices shown for that order. Availability, price, and fulfillment are not reserved until checkout is completed and the order is confirmed.
- Tri-Cities home delivery: The regular local-delivery day is Sunday and the owner-confirmed local-delivery fee is $15. Enter the complete address and review the available date and final fee at checkout because route eligibility and exception weeks can change.
- Preorder pickup: Pickup is free at the preorder locations and collection windows offered during checkout. Save the confirmation for the selected place and time; a location-directory listing alone does not reserve a pickup.
- Grab & Go retail: Some partners sell walk-in cooler inventory while supplies last. A retail partner is not automatically a preorder pickup location and does not guarantee that a requested meal will be in stock.
- FedEx Ground shipping: Shipping is a $30 flat rate to eligible addresses. Shipped meals leave frozen in insulated packaging; checkout, the order confirmation, and carrier tracking provide destination-specific timing, which can vary.
