Where Can I Pick Up My Meals?

Choose an available preorder pickup location and collection window during checkout. The regular local pickup days are Sunday and Monday, but the selected location and time on your order confirmation control your order. The SmashMeals kitchen is at 1917 Meadowview Pkwy Suite 100, Kingsport, TN 37660.

Order Meals — View This Week's Menu

• Preorder or walk-in? A weekly preorder is complete when checkout accepts the order and you receive a confirmation for the selected meals. Grab & Go partners sell available cooler stock without a preorder; a retail location is not automatically a preorder pickup point.
• Find a location: Browse the location directory for addresses and partner details, then use the live ordering menu to see which pickup points are offered for your order. A directory listing alone does not reserve a pickup slot.
• Check the cutoff: The regular weekly ordering deadline is Thursday at 11:59 PM Eastern. Finish checkout before the cutoff shown on the ordering page; holiday or other exception weeks may differ.
• Review the confirmation: Before paying, check the pickup point, collection day and window, meal selection, and final total. Save the order confirmation and follow any collection instructions shown there.
• If the place or time you need is missing: Do not assume another partner can hold a preorder or transfer it. Contact SmashMeals with the desired location and order details before making the trip.
