The one structural difference is the kitchen: SmashMeals cooks in a dedicated gluten-free facility, and the three national services listed here describe gluten-free as a menu option produced alongside gluten-containing food. On menu size, published price and nationwide reach, they have real advantages over us. Everything below is taken from each company's own current pages and dated.

This comparison is published by SmashMeals, which sells meals that compete with the services named here. Every competitor cell is drawn from that company's own current public pages, which are linked at the bottom of the page. Factor facts verified 2026-08-19; Trifecta and Clean Eatz Kitchen facts verified 2026-08-25. Where we could not verify something from an official source, the cell reads "Not verified" rather than assuming the answer.

A dedicated gluten-free facility removes gluten-containing ingredients from the building, which reduces cross-contact risk compared with a shared kitchen. It is not the same as third-party certification, and we do not lot-test finished meals for parts per million. It is also not an allergen-free facility — dairy, soy, egg and nuts are handled here, so check each meal's label. If you have celiac disease, review our process with your own care team.
You should read it sceptically — we sell competing meals, so we have an interest in how this reads. Every competitor line on this page is drawn from that company's own current public pages and linked below so you can check it yourself. Where we have not verified something, the table says so rather than implying a negative.
