SmashMeals prepares its menu in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen in Kingsport, Tennessee. Review Freshly's current ingredient and allergen information directly, including its kitchen practices. A gluten-free menu label alone does not establish that an entire facility is dedicated gluten-free.
Compare the same number of meals at current menu prices, then include delivery fees, taxes and any recurring-order terms. SmashMeals offers free local pickup and $30 flat-rate FedEx Ground shipping to eligible addresses. Local delivery availability and its fee are confirmed at checkout. Introductory discounts may differ from ongoing prices.
No. SmashMeals offers one-time orders and optional subscriptions. Check Freshly's current ordering terms separately; ordering options vary by provider and location.
Compare the labels for the actual meals you plan to order, including serving size, protein, calories, fiber, sodium and allergens. SmashMeals prints macros on its meal containers. Nutrition varies by meal; no brand-wide comparison establishes suitability for an individual's medical needs.
