SmashMeals prepares meals in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen in Kingsport, Tennessee. Local pickup and Tri-Cities home-delivery meals are fresh. Meals sent through FedEx are frozen before leaving the kitchen and packed for cold transit. Calling every order “never frozen” would leave out that important difference.
Local pickup and home delivery
Choose from the current rotating menu and select an available pickup location or local delivery at checkout. Regular weekly orders close Thursday at 11:59 PM Eastern. Review the pickup instructions or delivery information for your order, including the location, date and any charge.

FedEx shipping
FedEx Ground shipping costs $30 for eligible addresses. Shipped meals are frozen before transit and packed in insulated boxes with gel packs. Checkout confirms destination eligibility; transit timing depends on the destination and carrier conditions. Do not plan around an arrival day that has not been confirmed for your order.

Storing and reheating your meals
Refrigerate or freeze meals promptly when you receive them and follow each item's label for storage and reheating. Recipes and portions differ, so the package instructions are more useful than one blanket storage promise.
