Shipping: plan for cold food arriving by carrier
FedEx orders are frozen before leaving the Kingsport kitchen and packed in insulated packaging with gel packs. Checkout confirms address eligibility. Arrival timing varies by destination and carrier conditions; do not apply a local pickup day to a shipped order.

One weekly ordering deadline, different fulfillment instructions
Regular weekly orders close Thursday 11:59 PM Eastern. We cook on Friday. The selected fulfillment option determines how you receive those meals; your confirmation supplies the relevant instructions.
