SmashMeals prepares meals in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen in Kingsport, Tennessee, and offers $30 flat-rate FedEx Ground shipping for eligible addresses. If you live beyond the local Tri-Cities delivery area, enter your address at checkout to confirm whether shipping is available.
Start with the kitchen and the individual meal
We do not share production equipment with gluten-containing food. The menu rotates, so review each dish's ingredients, portion and nutrition before buying. A dedicated gluten-free kitchen is not an allergen-free kitchen: dairy, soy, eggs, nuts and other ingredients still need checking at the item level.
Read the kitchen and allergen information or ask an ingredient question before ordering.
Shipping from Kingsport
Meals intended for FedEx shipping are frozen before leaving the kitchen and packed in insulated packaging with gel packs. The shipping charge is $30. Address eligibility is confirmed at checkout; arrival timing depends on the destination and carrier conditions.
An article naming a city, state or past shipment is not a guarantee of current eligibility for every address there. Check the destination you will actually use, including any apartment or workplace receiving details.
Plan the order and the arrival
- Browse the current menu and choose meals that fit your needs.
- Place your regular weekly order by Thursday 11:59 PM Eastern.
- Confirm the recipient's address, shipping option and order total.
- Review the confirmation and shipment information.
- Arrange for the box to be received and follow the supplied storage and reheating instructions.
Before sending meals to a student, family member or friend, check that they can receive and store them. Choose food based on their needs and preferences; a gift order uses the same address-eligibility check.
Local alternatives
If you or your recipient are in the Tri-Cities, compare the available pickup locations and local delivery options at checkout. Local meals are prepared fresh, and the pickup or delivery instructions differ from carrier shipping.
