Local Tri-Cities pickup and delivery orders arrive fresh, never frozen. Shipped orders are frozen before they leave our kitchen so they stay food-safe in transit.
How a SmashMeals week works
- Monday: the new menu goes live at order.smashmeals.com.
- By Thursday 11:59 PM Eastern: place your order. Order one week and skip the next if you like; a subscription is optional.
- Friday: we cook your meals in our Kingsport kitchen.
- Sunday and Monday: pick up your order, or receive home delivery on Sunday. Then heat and eat.

Why a dedicated gluten-free kitchen matters
Many restaurants offer gluten-free items, but they are often cooked on the same grills, fryers and prep surfaces as food with wheat. A "gluten-free" label on packaged food means it must contain less than 20 parts per million of gluten, and the FDA says restaurants' use of the term should be consistent with that definition (FDA: Gluten and Food Labeling). A label does not tell you how the kitchen behind it is set up.
