Piedmont Columbus Regional and St. Francis-Emory Healthcare anchors one of the region's largest medical communities, and Columbus State University brings thousands of students, faculty, and researchers who demand real food with real nutrition data. Add the broader Columbus community — Fort Moore (Benning) military families, Piedmont Columbus Regional patients, Chattahoochee Valley celiac households — and you've got a city that needs exactly what we built: 100% gluten-free meal prep from a dedicated kitchen, chef-prepared and macro-labeled with a full nutrition breakdown on every meal. SmashMeals ships via FedEx Ground from our dedicated gluten-free kitchen in Kingsport, TN, about 7 hours south. Current meal labels show nutrition information so customers can compare options with their own care-team guidance. Orders travel in insulated packaging with gel ice.
