• Kitchen and allergens: SmashMeals cooks in a dedicated gluten-free facility that does not bring wheat, barley, or rye into the building or share equipment with gluten-containing production. It is not an allergen-free facility; check the exact meal label for dairy, soy, egg, nuts, and other allergens.
• Weekly ordering: The regular menu releases Monday, and regular orders close Thursday at 11:59 PM Eastern for the following fulfillment week. No subscription is required, and there is no minimum or maximum order.
• Meal information: Many current items list calories, protein, carbohydrates, and total fat, but fields and portions vary by item. Missing ingredients, allergens, fiber, sodium, saturated fat, serving weight, or other details are unknown—not zero or automatically suitable for a particular diet.
• Fulfillment choices: Current published options are free preorder pickup, $15 Tri-Cities home delivery, and $30 flat-rate FedEx Ground shipping to eligible addresses. Checkout confirms the available method, location, date, and total for the complete address.
• Fresh or frozen: Local pickup and home-delivery meals are prepared for refrigerated fulfillment. Shipped meals are frozen before they leave the kitchen for transit. Follow the specific package label for storage, freeze-by, thawing, and reheating directions.
• Before paying: Confirm the exact meal, portion and options; any required ingredient, allergen, or nutrition detail; the current price; and the fulfillment choice. Contact SmashMeals before ordering when a required detail is missing.
