The live ordering page is the source of truth for when that week's selection is available because holidays or other schedule updates can change the routine. Review the exact current items and posted meal details before ordering, then place regular weekly orders by Thursday at 11:59 PM Eastern.

• Start with the live ordering page: Use the items, prices, availability, posted meal details, and checkout options shown there. This general FAQ does not establish that every category or recipe appears each week.
• Use the regular weekly schedule: The menu releases Monday and regular orders close Thursday at 11:59 PM Eastern. Treat that as the normal rhythm, not a guarantee for a holiday or other exception week.
• Check the exact meal before ordering: Compare only the calories, protein, carbohydrate, and fat values actually posted for that item. Do not infer fiber, sodium, saturated fat, serving weight, ingredients, or allergen suitability when those details are missing.
• Confirm fulfillment for the selected order: The regular local schedule is Sunday home delivery and Sunday or Monday pickup. Checkout and the order confirmation control the actual option and date for an order; shipped arrival timing varies by destination and carrier conditions.
