When Is the Order Deadline?

The regular SmashMeals order cutoff is Thursday at 11:59 PM Eastern. Complete checkout before the cutoff shown on the live ordering page; a cart, inquiry, or unconfirmed change does not reserve meals. Holiday or other exception weeks may use a different schedule.

• Check the live ordering page first: It shows whether ordering is open, which meals and options are currently available, current prices, and the checkout choices offered for the order.
• Finish checkout before the cutoff: Adding items to a cart or sending a question is not a completed order. Use the order confirmation—not the cart—as proof that payment and the selected fulfillment option were accepted.
• Request changes promptly: Contact SmashMeals before the regular cutoff if you need to ask about a change or cancellation. Do not treat the request as complete until SmashMeals confirms it; availability, preparation status, and checkout terms can limit changes.
• Confirm the actual fulfillment date: SmashMeals cooks on Friday. The regular local schedule is Sunday home delivery and Sunday or Monday pickup, but checkout and the order confirmation control the option and date for the order. Shipped arrival timing varies by destination and carrier conditions.
• Handle a missed or changed cutoff carefully: Do not assume a late order will be added to the week already being prepared. If ordering appears closed or a holiday schedule is unclear, use the contact page before making plans.
