The weeks after delivery can leave little time for shopping and cooking. SmashMeals offers ready-to-heat, macro-labeled meals that families can use as practical food support during newborn weeks. Nutrition needs differ during postpartum recovery and breastfeeding, so customers with medical or dietetic needs should follow their care team's guidance.
Customers who are breastfeeding can review each meal's ingredients and nutrition information when choosing meals. Individual calorie, nutrient and allergen needs vary, so follow guidance from your healthcare professional or registered dietitian.
Order for a week when the household can receive and store the food. Confirm the current ordering window and destination at checkout. Birth and discharge dates can change, so arrange a backup rather than relying on delivery for the first meal home.
Compare protein-containing options on the current menu with the recipient's preferences and individualized nutrition plan. Protein varies by recipe and portion; a category name does not set a nutrient minimum or establish medical suitability.
