Nutrition needs differ during postpartum recovery and breastfeeding, so customers with medical or dietetic needs should follow their care team's guidance.
Customers who are breastfeeding can review each meal's ingredients and nutrition information when choosing meals. Individual calorie, nutrient and allergen needs vary, so follow guidance from your healthcare professional or registered dietitian.
