You can order SmashMeals beyond the Tri-Cities when your delivery address is eligible. We offer $30 flat-rate FedEx Ground shipping for eligible addresses. Enter the recipient's actual address at checkout; a state name or city mentioned in an older article is not confirmation that an address is supported.
Check the destination first
Start with the shipping-area information, then confirm the address during checkout. Include the details needed to receive a package at a home, workplace, apartment or other destination. If you cannot select shipping or are unsure about the address, contact us before placing the order.
Shipping availability and transit timing are separate questions. An eligible address does not mean every order arrives on the same day. Arrival depends on the destination and carrier conditions.

All meals come from our dedicated gluten-free Kingsport kitchen. Gluten-free does not mean free of every allergen. Review the individual item and our kitchen information when deciding whether it fits your needs.

Regular weekly orders close Thursday 11:59 PM Eastern; we cook on Friday. Check the fulfillment information shown for your order, especially if you are ordering after the cutoff. Confirm the selected items, recipient, destination and shipping charge before paying.
The shipping charge is $30. Compare the checkout total with your budget; this article does not set a permanent per-meal price or guarantee a particular arrival date.
Understand what is in the box
Shipped meals are frozen before leaving the kitchen and packed in insulated packaging with gel packs. Local pickup and delivery use a fresh format. Follow the package instructions when the food arrives rather than applying a local pickup schedule or storage assumption to a shipped order.

Ordering for someone else
Before sending a gift, ask about the recipient's food needs, freezer or refrigerator space, and ability to receive the package. A college or workplace may have a mailroom process that needs checking in advance. Use the recipient's address and review the available fulfillment option.
For local recipients, pickup or eligible Tri-Cities home delivery may also be available. For an event or group order, request catering details so headcount, timing and location can be discussed.
