Chesapeake is Hampton Roads' fastest-growing city — 250,000+ residents, military families at Naval Station Norfolk and Oceana, and a celiac community that's outpaced local options. FedEx Ground.
Chesapeake is a major market for everything we ship. Chesapeake Regional Healthcare and Sentara Virginia Beach anchors one of the region's largest medical communities, and Tidewater Community College Chesapeake brings thousands of students, faculty, and researchers who demand real food with real nutrition data. Add the broader Chesapeake community — Hampton Roads military families, Chesapeake Regional patients, Great Bridge and Greenbrier wellness families — and you've got a city that needs exactly what we built: 100% gluten-free meal prep from a dedicated kitchen, chef-prepared and macro-labeled with a full nutrition breakdown on every meal. SmashMeals ships via FedEx Ground from our dedicated gluten-free kitchen in Kingsport, TN, about 7 hours east. Current meal labels show nutrition information so customers can compare options with their own care-team guidance. Orders travel in insulated packaging with gel ice. Follow each meal label for storage and use-by instructions.
