Eight eaten meals allocate the approved $30 flat FedEx Ground charge to $3.75 per meal; ten allocate it to $3, before meal price and tax. Extra portions improve that arithmetic only when someone will actually eat them.
List the lunches and dinners most likely to become a skipped meal, takeout stop, or extra grocery trip. Assign one current menu item to each slot, check its ingredients and nutrition label, and make room for the package before ordering. After the week, score each meal repeat, replace, or skip.
Use the complete checkout total rather than the entree price alone. Eight eaten meals spread the approved $30 flat FedEx Ground charge to $3.75 per meal before food and tax; ten spread it to $3. Compare that total with the meals the order would replace. Do not add meals only to improve the shipping arithmetic.
A dedicated gluten-free kitchen is a preparation standard, not a guarantee that every item fits every allergy or medical need. Review the current ingredient and allergen information for the exact meal. Use the product label for storage and use-by instructions instead of a fixed city-page refrigerator or freezer promise.
