Start with the Morristown moments when convenience has the most value: a long shift, a Walters State class day, a late family evening, or a Cherokee Lake weekend. Choose meals for those exact calendar slots, review each current label and ingredient list, and compare the full delivered total before ordering. The $30 flat-rate FedEx Ground charge is $5 per meal across six meals or $3 per meal across ten meals, before food price and tax. Shipping is available only to eligible addresses, and the checkout result for the complete destination remains the deciding service check.
Treat the first order as a fit test. Six meals spread the $30 flat-rate FedEx Ground charge to $5 per meal; ten meals spread it to $3 per meal, before food price and tax.
A useful Morristown order starts with a calendar, not a generic meal count. Mark the work lunches, class days, lake-weekend meals, and family evenings when cooking is least realistic. Assign a current menu item to only those slots, review the posted nutrition label and ingredients, and compare the complete delivered cost. After the week, mark each meal repeat, replace, or skip. Reorder only the meals that saved a real cooking or takeout decision. SmashMeals charges $30 flat-rate FedEx Ground shipping to eligible addresses; checkout eligibility and delivery timing remain specific to the complete address and current ship date.
No citywide promise is made. Enter the complete destination at checkout to confirm that the address is eligible, see the available timing, and review the delivered total.
Do not assume it is. This page uses the shipped-order, address-check-first workflow unless the current checkout explicitly offers another fulfillment option for your complete address.
Timing is destination-, service-, and ship-date-dependent. A public carrier estimate for one official 37814 address showed next-day Ground and Home Delivery for a Tuesday September 29, 2026 shipment, but that sample is not a promise for another address or week. Use the current checkout result for your order.
The flat-rate FedEx Ground charge is $30 for an eligible shipped order. That is $5 per meal across six meals or $3 per meal across ten meals, before meal price and tax. Compare that delivered total with the cooking or takeout occasions you want the order to replace.
