MTSU is Tennessee's largest undergraduate university, Murfreesboro is its fastest-growing city, and Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford runs a major bariatric program. Three reasons to ship via FedEx Ground with destination-dependent transit.
Murfreesboro is a major market for everything we ship. Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford and TriStar StoneCrest anchors one of the region's largest medical communities, and Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) brings thousands of students, faculty, and researchers who demand real food with real nutrition data. Add the broader Murfreesboro community — MTSU Blue Raiders, Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford patients, Nissan Smyrna workers, fast-growing wellness community — and you've got a city that needs exactly what we built: 100% gluten-free meal prep from a dedicated kitchen, chef-prepared and macro-labeled with a full nutrition breakdown on every meal. SmashMeals ships via FedEx Ground with destination-dependent transit from our dedicated gluten-free kitchen in Kingsport, TN, about 4.5 hours west. Current meal labels show nutrition information so customers can compare options with their own care-team guidance. Orders travel in insulated packaging with gel ice. Follow each meal label for storage and use-by instructions. We ship to eligible Murfreesboro ZIP codes — Downtown Murfreesboro, The Avenue, Blackman, MTSU campus area, Gateway, Salem, Smyrna — plus La Vergne, Lascassas, Christiana.
