Birthday Party Catering

Plan the food around your guest count, serving time and venue. Compare shared trays, a buffet or individually packed meals, then confirm the exact menu and service in a written quote.

A birthday plan needs more than a headcount. Tell us how many adults and children will eat, whether food is the main meal or a snack table, and when guests will be served. Add the venue address and specific ingredient questions. We can discuss a buffet, shared food or individual meals; the written quote confirms the available menu, quantities, charges and responsibilities for your event.

Plan the Food and Service

Gluten-free kitchen

SmashMeals operates a dedicated gluten-free kitchen — gluten-free is the kitchen's normal operating environment, not a special plate assembled beside a regular flour-based menu.

Choose a serving format

Discuss shared food, a buffet or individual meals. Confirm what is available for your date before planning the table.

Count adults and children

Give a best guest-count estimate and describe whether you need a meal or food alongside other party refreshments.

Settle the service scope

Have the written quote identify delivery, setup, equipment, serving help and cleanup rather than assuming they are included.

Decisions to Settle in Your Birthday Quote

Service Area and Venue

Kingsport, Johnson City, Bristol, and the surrounding Tri-Cities region. Confirm the event address, date and requested service with SmashMeals. Travel, delivery, setup and staffing must match the agreed scope.

Birthday Catering Questions

What information makes a birthday catering quote useful?

Send the event date, serving time, venue address, adult and child guest counts, preferred food style, budget range and specific ingredient questions. Say what food you or another vendor will provide so the quote covers the actual gap.

Can I choose a buffet or individual meals?

Tell us which format fits your party. Confirm the available dishes, quantities, packaging and service arrangement in the written quote before booking. Mention space, serving equipment and how guests will collect their food.

Is setup, staffing or cleanup included?

Do not assume it is. Ask the quote to identify who supplies equipment, sets up, serves, monitors the food and cleans up. Agree on venue access, delivery timing and the receiving contact.

Can every guest eat the same gluten-free catering menu?

If a guest has celiac disease or another medically significant dietary restriction, review the current ingredient and allergen information and contact SmashMeals with specific questions before ordering. A gluten-free kitchen does not make every dish appropriate for every other allergy or dietary requirement. Confirm the selected ingredients and service plan before ordering.

Can I add a cake, desserts or drinks?

Tell us what you want included and what you plan to bring yourself. The written quote should identify which items SmashMeals will supply and who handles any outside food, serving pieces or beverages. Do not assume themed desserts or drinks are part of a package.

How much notice and how many guests do you require?

Availability depends on the date, guest count, venue and requested service. Ask about your event early and have the accepted quote confirm capacity, deadlines and charges. This page does not promise a universal guest minimum or lead time.

Start With Your Party Details

Prepare your catering inquiry, review the email draft and send it when the details are correct. An inquiry is not a booking; keep the accepted written quote for the final menu, total and responsibilities.
