KINGSPORT, Tenn., Oct. 7, 2026 — SmashMeals, a dedicated gluten-free prepared-meal kitchen in Kingsport, today announced its 2026 Thanksgiving menu, headlined by its first Complete Thanksgiving Dinner and two items customers have asked for every year: gluten-free gravy and gluten-free dinner rolls.

The Complete Thanksgiving Dinner includes a choice of smoked turkey or smoked bourbon honey ham, four sides, gluten-free gravy, gluten-free rolls, orange bourbon cranberry sauce and a gluten-free, dairy-free pumpkin pie. It is $159 to feed six or $279 to feed twelve. À la carte options include smoked turkey platters ($36 and $64), ham at $10 per pound, cornbread dressing, dirty mashed potatoes, white cheddar mac and cheese, green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole and more.
