We operate a 100% dedicated gluten-free facility — no wheat, barley, or rye enters the building. That avoids shared gluten-containing prep equipment and airborne flour from on-site gluten baking, which reduces cross-contact risk compared with a shared kitchen. Anyone managing celiac disease should review our allergen practices and consult their own healthcare provider.
Fresh in your fridge for 5–7 days from delivery. Many customers eat through the week or freeze a few for later. Each meal is heat-and-eat in 2–3 minutes in the microwave.
